Refund policy

If you are not happy with a Pimlet purchase, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@getpimlet.com from the address you bought with, or mention your order number. We will confirm by email and start the refund.

How the money comes back

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller (the merchant of record). The refund is made through Paddle to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers set their own timing; it usually appears within a few business days, but we cannot control that.

After 14 days

Please still write to us if something is wrong with a report, for example a finding that does not match your store's data. We will fix it or, where it is fair, refund it. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion.

Subscriptions

Pimlet does not sell subscriptions at this time. If that changes, the refund and cancellation terms for them will be stated when they are offered.
