These terms apply to your use of getpimlet.com, the Pimlet catalog audit report, and the Pimlet software (together, "Pimlet"). Pimlet is provided by Boni Teknoloji A.S. ("we", "us"), ITU ARI 8 Teknokent Sariyer Istanbul Turkiye. By buying a report or using Pimlet you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
What Pimlet is
Pimlet is software for businesses that sell cosmetics and skincare products online. It reads a store's publicly available product data and produces a catalog data-quality report: for example missing or thin descriptions, empty product types, missing SKUs, zero weights, compare-at price errors, single images, duplicate titles, and wording that may need substantiation.
The audit report
- The full Catalog Audit is a one-time purchase at the price shown when you buy ($49 at the time of writing). It is delivered as a PDF by email to the address you give at checkout.
- A report describes your store's public product data on the day we read it. It does not change anything in your store.
- You may use the report inside your business and share it with your advisers and team. You may not resell it.
Not legal or regulatory advice
Findings about wording, such as claims that may need substantiation, are prompts for you to review. They are not legal advice and do not say a claim is unlawful or lawful. Pimlet does not certify compliance with any law or regulation (including FDA or FTC rules). You are responsible for what you publish about your products and for getting qualified advice where you need it.
Payments, taxes and refunds
Orders are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and sells the report to you on our behalf. Paddle's terms apply to the payment, and Paddle collects any applicable sales tax or VAT. Our refund policy gives you a full refund within 14 days.
Your data and ours
You keep all rights in your products, text, images and other data. We use the public data we read only to produce your report, to improve Pimlet, and as described in our privacy policy. We own Pimlet, its software and its report format.
Accounts and the app
If you sign in to the Pimlet app, you are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. AI suggestions in the app are drafts. Nothing is saved to your catalog or sent to a store or file until a person on your side approves it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pimlet to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, to try to reach another customer's data, or to scrape Pimlet itself.
No warranty
We work to make reports accurate, but data can change and tools can miss things or flag things that are fine. Pimlet and its reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or profit), and our total liability for any claim about Pimlet is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases already made. You may stop using Pimlet at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes about them are brought in the courts of Istanbul. This does not take away any rights you have under mandatory law where you live.
